4amazing Adventures The lost Tomb  Aug 07, 2008 By Lisa Gatts
In this game there are 21 levels. You have different scences and must find things hidden in the back ground like, sunglasses, barrels, fans, fishing lure etc....
Then after that you must look at 2 pictures and find the differences, also you have mini game sin between og jigsaw type puzzles and tile exchanging puzzles to form the picture.
The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because unlike Big Adventure Games (in Sydney and San Francisco),the latter have over 50 levels (sydney close to 100),which I find much more fun therefore more worth the higher rating and stars given.
I finished this game in less then 2 days without using hints so that wasn't worth the price compared to other Seek and Find games,

5Amazing Adventures the Lost Tomb  Sep 07, 2009 By J. M. Londt "matey"
What can i say, i'm addicted 2 hidden object games, this was fun, and also has an unlimited bonus feature, where you can clean out the scenes after completing the regular game. I just love being able 2 see the scene without all the objects.

3I got bored quick  Apr 03, 2009 By Renae W.
I played the game and it seems to me that you go to the same scenes over and over again. The best one is Jewel Quest Curse of the Emerald Tear. At least with that game you go through puzzle to open up levels and you can collect gold coins and jewels on every scene to trade in for special scenes or different level capabilities. Not this one. I am sorry I ordered it from Trymedia online. the worse place to order games. I wish I could have ordered it from Amazon.com instead. well my BIG loss:o(

5good game, suitable for hearing impaired  Nov 26, 2008 By critters
This game is pretty easy, ideally suited for kids, beginners, and those who prefer an easier, more leisurely game. It's mostly a hidden object game (HOG), but jigsaws, tile puzzles, find-the-differences, etc. are scattered between. Nothing is missed with sound turned off.

3Okay Hidden Object Game  Dec 09, 2009 By drebbles
You are an historian who works for a museum that has sent you a piece of a map that is believed to reveal the location of the Lost Tomb of Egypt. Your job is to travel to Egypt and find additional clues by looking for hidden objects in various locations such as a Pyramid, Shipwreck, Sunken Temple, Sphinx, Treasure Chest, Market, Oasis, Crypt and many more sites. Once you have found the Lost Tomb you unlock a Secret Game mode where you can revisit those locations and find even more hidden objects.

"Amazing Adventures: The Lost Tomb" features 22 different locations with over 2,000 hidden objects throughout more than 100 levels. There are 20 "missions" with several levels in each mission. There are several hidden objects to find in each level - some of which are easy to find and some are hard (there are plenty of hints available). As the game progresses it gets harder to find the hidden objects and the creators of the game make it even harder by sometimes having you find multiples of an object - for example four birds - before you can move on. You also need to find 21 scarabs scattered throughout the game (these can either be pictures of scarabs or the word scarab) which will unlock The Secret Game Mode. Once you find all the hidden objects in each level you have to solve a puzzle - this can be a jigsaw puzzle, matching game, tile swapping game, or find the differences between two pictures (this is always the last puzzle in each round) - that will reveal the next location in the game.

"Amazing Adventures: The Lost Tomb" is an okay hidden object game. You can play in two modes - timed and relaxed - I played in both and while the timed mode gives you more than enough time to find all the hidden objects I preferred the more relaxed mode. My main problem with the game is that there was no real story to follow - the object of the game simply seems to be to get as many points as possible. There are speed bonuses and you lose points for clicking randomly or using the hint button. You can also move up in rank. However, once the scarabs were all found a lot of the fun of the game went away for me. The final puzzle to end the game was rather easy and The Secret Game Mode was disappointing - you had to look for dozens of hidden objects in each location you've already visited (97 hidden objects in the Mine, 83 in the Crypt, etc.) but that was it - once you found all the objects the game was over with no fanfare. You can, of course, play the game over again as you would have to look for different hidden objects, that seems rather pointless in a game like this.

"Amazing Adventures: The Lost Tomb" isn't one of the best hidden object games that I've played but it does provide hours of distracting fun.
