Isn't quite perfect for Acer Aspire 4310 Mar 16, 2010

The adapter took quite a long time to get here. So as we were anxiously waiting for it my wife was unable to use her laptop as our old cable was broken (smoke came from it once so we didn't dare try using it more). After it arrived we found that the hole size is not en exact match for our Acer Aspire 4310. So, although it does charge the laptop and keep it charged, it only does so if the cable is in the correct position which takes a little fiddling with to achieve. If we move the laptop or take it to another room, power is dropped and we have to wiggle it around a bit to regain power.
