Not as pictured Dec 14, 2009

I ordered this particular AC adapter because I wanted one with an elbow-shaped plug. I've had 2 AC adapters with straight plugs now & the wires break from the stress of being bent at a 90 degree angle all the time. I wanted to try a different plug in hopes that it would last better. THE ONE THEY SENT ME IS NOT ELBOW-SHAPED AS PICTURED! False advertising. Do not rely on the picture. If you want a straight plug I'm sure it's fine.
Also when I tried to contact them to say I was unsatisfied, they completely ignored me.
